Victory CenterSchum & Associates Wins Two Spots in the Art Directors Club of Metropolitan Washington's 57th Annual Show
JUNE 15, 2006 - MCLEAN, VA: Full-service marketing communications firm Schum & Associates is pleased to announce that it has won two coveted spots in the 57th ADCMW Annual Show. The Annual Show is an annual, juried competitiion recognizing innovative and creatively executed solutions to complex communication challenges. This year's show was judged by the nation's top designers including Kit Hinrichs, Jane Hope and Tom O'Grady.

Schum & Associates was awarded the first spot in the show for its direct marketing work for client Spaulding Slye Colliers for Victory Center which included boxes which contained a small folding brochure and vials of actual sand from historic Omaha Beach. Each box was personalized and delivered on June 6, 2005 (D-Day anniversary) to a target audience of 300 to announce the launch of the Victory Center website. The audience included commercial brokers, military officials, government agencies and defense contractors.

Victory CenterSchum & Associates was awarded the second spot in the show for its logo design for Petromina, LLC. Petromina's focus is on management of petroleum and natural energy mining operations in South America. The new logo reflects the character and business focuses of the company. Petromina is headquartered in Washington, DC with offices in New York, NY.
